Marijuana is illegal for a reason, let’s keep it that way.

Marijuana should remain illegal because it impairs your mind, body, and judgement. Reaction times are slowed, it is harder to be cognizant of everything around you, etc. Weed slows down your system so bad that when you drive you can’t assess the risks properly because your system is still recovering from smoking weed. Now that being said, that is true for many substances both legal and illegal (from alcohol to hallucinogens.) The problem becomes where to draw the line on which ones to make legal and which to keep illegal. Do we legalize everything and demand moderation? How is this enforced? What qualifications must a drug meet to be allowed? Do we need more research into the effects of each so that we know how much is “ok” (e.g. the legal limit of .08 with alcohol to drive) and how to regulate sales? While it may not have physical symptoms of withdrawal from regular use (I sure wouldn’t know) I know people who attempt to quit with great difficulty and constant relapses. Also, the theory that drug cartels would be impacted seems insubstantial to me. I do not think that a cocaine or meth amphetamine user would just change to marijuana thus decreasing the sales of other drugs as some marijuana advocates state. Perhaps the benefit would come in price regulation instead, allowing fixed prices as cartel members are no longer the sole providers of marijuana. I do agree that freeing up space in prisons is good for everyone, however don’t most users receive less restrictive punishments? Those that receive prison sentences and are investigated by the DEA would then be the dealers – providers who, unlike those of alcohol, do not regulate to whom they sell, the potency of their product, etc. and are often armed if not violent. Legalizing marijuana is not something that can be safely done at this point, alcohol is sold by licensed individuals and served by trained bartenders/waitresses. The amount of alcohol in bottles, or “proof,” is clearly advertised. How do you intend to regulate such things with marijuana? You can’t think that just a piece of legislation stating its okay to smoke up is going to work. Another point is that pot can’t be detected so when someone is high, a cop cannot arrest them for being intoxicated in public. With alcohol, you use a Breathalyzer. With pot, you’d need a urine sample, and that won’t tell that the person was intoxicated at the time of the test. In conclusion, there would be a multitude of problems coming from marijuana legalization that it would solve, look at the trouble in Amsterdam, now they are actually thinking about making it illegal again.

The ignorance of the environmentalist.

We all know by now that global warming is a joke and everyone with common sense knew it from the idea’s inception. Al Gore silences all dissenters at conferences and uses statistics that are simply false and Barack Obama is desperately trying to ram it down our throats and tried pass a “climate deal” in Copenhagen. All of this in the middle of an investigation. For people who are unaware of the situation, The Climatic Research Unit has apparently been destroying documents and e-mails as well as altering numbers to scare the public into thinking this is all real. Obama and the other eco-cultists are still arguing that this still a prominent issue amid the investigation and possible indictments for two reasons: #1: They’re insane. #2: It pays. It’s no secret that scientists have been receiving billions of dollars in government funding and grants for climate research and if you think of it, we have a micro-economy set up solely on climate change. The cap and trade bill will make the government and their environmentalist buddies tons of cash and people like Al Gore have been buying carbon credits like a kid at a candy store. Arnold Schwarzenegger (aka “The Worst Governor in American History”) wants big screen TVs off the shelves and already started pulling them and in addition to that, environmentalists caused a drought by suing the agricultural industry for diverting stream water and killing smelts. We have already reached our breaking point with our tolerance of this “eco craze”. Our lives are being dominated by something as real as Santa Claus, and there are still people who are still trying to rob us blind to save the environment which is in very limited danger. The ignorance of the environmentalist is an enigma wrapped in a mystery and sugar coated in a riddle, they claim we need to save the planet every day but my question is what do we need to save the world from?

The Afghan Situation

After closely following the war in Afghanistan, it has become quite clear to me that no matter how many soldiers we deploy, we cannot win. Our relationship with Pakistan is the key to winning this war but we have almost no relationship with them anyway. U.S. forces are not allowed in Pakistan and the Taliban are not stupid. Every time we come near them, they run to the mountains and straight to Pakistan. We cannot follow them there, so we need to improve our relationship with Pakistan before we even think of doing anything. Sadly enough, our fine men and women in Washington haven’t figured this out yet so we should probably save money and military expenditure by bringing our troops home. This war is un-winnable in the sense that we need to take out the leaders, they are the first to run and they usually make it in the cover of darkness and the use of caves. We can take out the foot soldiers but we simply can’t reach the leadership. The only solution is a quick and powerful bombing (thermobaric is suggested because of the caves), why the government hasn’t done this yet? I have no idea.

The U.S. Government’s War on Christmas

In an age where many basically forgotten the meaning of Christmas and perhaps Jesus all together, our government, local and federal will not stop attacking our American traditions. 92% of Americans believe in god and 66% of Americans celebrate Christmas as the birth of Jesus. There is a majority of Americans that hold to traditional beliefs, but still in public, any American will see less and less of this widely celebrated and honored holiday. In public schools, children aren’t allowed to sing Christmas carols or even have a bible. An eight year old drew a picture of Jesus’ crucifixion when asked to draw a Christmas themed picture and now he apparently needs a psychiatric evaluation in the eyes of the faculty. We are being stripped of one of our most fundamental rights, Freedom of Religion. We live in a country that is based on faith, as a predominately Christian country we should not ever think of letting a few people tear away what we hold so dear. Of course I would be remiss if I said that all of our founders were highly religious, there’s Thomas Paine who was an atheist but also there was John Adams who was easily the most religious. As I mentioned before, the majority lies with god and Christmas is celebrated by that majority. When does it end? Our right to bear arms is slowly being pried away from us and our mores and morals that we treasured are being discredited as foolish old thoughts. What we are and who we are as a nation is clearly stated in a seven page document called the constitution which by the way is also being discredited by modern progressives. Black or white, rich or poor, liberal or conservative, we all see it the same way. There is nothing wrong with tolerance, people have a right to celebrate their own holidays but I have a right to celebrate mine as well. This is a huge problem in our country, like a crusade against traditional ideals and the crusaders are the same modern day progressives that believe that the colonists that created America simply overreacted. This is a war and our base, Christmas is left undefended.

5 Robots Guaranteed To Make You Stain Your Underwear

Robots are remarkably fascinating inventions, I would call them an art form, but if you have ever read cyberpunk literature or popped the any one of the Terminator movies into your dvd player you can see where things can get a little frightening. Robots are still in their infant stages and simply lack the strength and intelligence to overpower the human race at this point but there are some that posses strange qualities for a machine. Here are a few.

#1: EveR looks toooooo real

Let’s start with the scariest one, the EveR series of androids. These motherfuckers look so real that you can have a conversation with one and not notice that you were talking to a fucking robot until you discover that……. well there is almost no way you can know. The scariest part of it all is that it has emotions, here is what Dr. Wik E Pedia had to say. “The android can recognize 400 Korean and English words, allowing it to respond to questions both verbally and through 15 facial expressions: EveR-1 will show displeasure if you poke her. The android also has motion data process sensors in its artificial eyes, enabling it to follow people with its eyes and head.”

“So how about them yankees, by the way is there any reason why you cry motor oil?”

And that’s not all!! She has a sister who’s a musician also just LOVES children. The EveR-2 is the first robot to sing also it read stories to children and can talk more, see better than her older sister, and even walk faster.

#2 PaPeRo, the grudge bearing paperweight.

Our next frightening robot seems harmless but he has a heart of hatred. Meet PaPeRo, a social robot with the ability to live with human beings and assimilate human behavior but a bit too well. If the PaPeRo is neglected or insulted it will either ignore you or speak with an angered tone. There’s a word for that in the English language, I believe it’s called…. REVENGE.

All we need to do is give this thing a pair of arms and lasers and (because lasers R KOOL) we got ourselves a killing machine.. literally. I don’t know if the people who built this machine has seen the Terminator series but one quality that you don’t want to give a robot it the ability to exact revenge. It’s a good thing that this robot is the small enough to fit in your palm and can’t fight back , but there is a robot that can.

#3: The Actroid will fuck you up

If you have ever seen Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, you are familiar with the teenage female android that rolls with John Connor beating the shit out of other robots. The Actroid is much like her…. well not really but she can actually fend off actions she believes are intrusive (which can be any action). In other words, you do somethin’ she don’t like, you gonna be in a world o’ hurt.

“RAPE RAPE RAPE!!!”

#4: The Toyota Partner Robot: built to assist, programmed to annoy.

This one is actually harmless but the real danger is it’s threat to its owner’s sanity. This robot has a pleasant purpose which is to assist the lives of Japan’s aging population, eventually doing away with nursing homes but too bad this thing is a mind destroyer. This creepy, annoying, fucking fuck of a fuck is so annoying that it is too aggravating to look at if you don’t believe me take a look for yourself.

#5: Asimo is a bigot.

Everyone has heard of Honda’s Asimo robot and if you haven’t you’re probably in Russia. Asimo is arguably the most advanced robot on the planet it can walk faster than any robot while holding maximum efficiency, it can even hold hands and recognize faces. But where Asimo really takes the cake is that it can classify an object by it’s similarity to other objects it has seen, this has been demonstrated by Asimo successfully classifying a stool as a chair, you know what this means…. ASIMO IS THE FIRST ROBOT CAPABLE OF RACISM!!!!

Why I would never go to a sauna.

I’m in a sauna, seated low to the ground on with seven other sweaty naked men all naked, naked with only towels covering their junk but nonetheless naked NAKED!! One of the men has an abnormally large penis, and the tip of his penis followed by a portion of the shaft manages to slip out of the towel while the owner is completely unaware. One of the sweaty and naked men says “dude your dick is hanging out of your towel, put it away!” and the guy with the horse wang says “You all saw it, it’s out in the open so what’s the point” he proceeds to take off his towel and drops it. Everyone is in awe of his 14 and 3 quarter inch wiener and without warning Dr. Cockndbals gets an erection. All of the men are wondering why he has an erection and another man asks “Why are you hard?” the man with the golden dick says “It must be the heat but usually when I watch gay porn it gets soft, maybe if you took your towels off it would work the same way”. Disgusted and uncomfortable, everyone starts to leave thinking that whopper wein is gay. I get up to leave from my low seat, but as I am getting up….. mad dong is.
